The subdivision of the individual parts ensures that the edges of the 2-seater bench are not noticeable and the seat belt buckles are padded. If required, the three-part folding bed can be unfolded forwards with a flick of the wrist, and when not in use it can be stored on the rear cushion to save space.

Removable automotive standard foam for easy cleaning:

The folding bed is equipped with flame-retardant automotive standard foam, which can be removed for easy cleaning of the original fabric cover of the VW T5 California Comfortline. The cover itself can be washed in the wool program at 30°C, which ensures effortless care and long-lasting freshness.

Versatile application possibilities:

The iXTEND® folding bed opens up a wide range of possible uses. It can not only be stored folded on the rear cushion, but can also be folded onto the backrest of the California 2-seater bench seat. This creates an uninterrupted, large storage or lying surface, ideal for storing luggage on the rear cushion, as an easily accessible baby bed or as a spacious "travel berth" for a dog.

The iXTEND® PAD makes it possible to sleep on the iXTEND® folding bed in the VW T5 California Comfortline in the upper position of the bed extension and also gains approx. +49.60 liters more storage space under the bed. In the VW T6 California Ocean and Coast, the iXTEND® folding bed alone is sufficient without the iXTEND® PAD.
