Returns & Exchanges
Here’s how returns work:
1. Cancellation and Returns
Please submit your notice of cancellation within the 14-day cancellation period using our cancellation feature, by email, or by phone. You do not need to register the return separately afterward.
Alternatively, you can include a clear statement of withdrawal with your return. Simply returning the merchandise without such a statement does not constitute a withdrawal.
2. Return the merchandise
Please pack the item completely and securely for shipping—preferably in the undamaged original packaging. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return. This also applies if you wish to exchange the item.

3. Inspection, Refund, or Exchange
Upon receipt, we will inspect the merchandise for completeness and condition. If the item is complete and in like-new condition, and if the original packaging is undamaged or can be easily resealed, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
Upon request, we will exchange the item for another one—subject to availability.
If the merchandise or its packaging is so severely damaged or incomplete that it has resulted in a loss of value, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount, corresponding to the actual loss of value, from the refund. This applies only to the extent that the loss in value is attributable to handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
4. Complaints
If an item is damaged, defective, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service before returning it. If possible, please provide your order number and send us photos of the item and the shipping packaging.
If your complaint is valid, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs or provide you with a suitable return option.
The request to contact us first does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
